Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times:
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Local Pickup:
You can choose Local Pickup at checkout if you'd like to pick up your order at our Johns Creek, Georgia location. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Damaged or Lost Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right with care and compassion.
